Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://constructioncompanycincinnati.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Velocity Maintenance reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Residential Construction, Commercial Construction, Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Deck Construction provided by Velocity Maintenance. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Velocity Maintenance (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Velocity Maintenance reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Velocity Maintenance does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. Velocity Maintenance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Velocity Maintenance from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of OH, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in OH.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
